Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MDViewer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

MDViewer is developed and operated by Crocopliers ("we", "us", "our"). The App is available for macOS.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use MDViewer on macOS devices that you own or control.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

Purchase and Payment

MDViewer is available as a one-time purchase. Payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on how to request a refund.

Updates

We may release updates to MDViewer from time to time. All updates are included with your one-time purchase and will be made available through the in-app update mechanism. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

Intellectual Property

MDViewer and all content, features, and functionality within the App are owned by Crocopliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond the limited license described above.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MDViewer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crocopliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

Privacy

Your use of MDViewer is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
