We want you to be completely satisfied with MDViewer. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide the email address used for the purchase
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@crocopliers.com with:
- Subject line: Refund Request — MDViewer
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Optional: a brief note about why you are requesting a refund (this helps us improve the app)
We will process your request within 2 business days and confirm via email once the refund has been issued.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
After a Refund
After a refund is issued, your license to use MDViewer is revoked. Please remove the App from your device.
Requests After 14 Days
Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee refunds outside this period, but we encourage you to reach out — we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
